We are proud to introduce the Chairman of Exon Software Solutions, Dr. Ishantha Siribaddana, a visionary leader and an accomplished academic with an impressive array of qualifications. With his extensive knowledge and expertise, Dr. Siribaddana has been instrumental in steering the company towards success and innovation. Dr Siribaddana is a highly accomplished individual with an impressive educational background. He completed his school education at Ananda College Colombo before going on to earn a BSc in Chemistry Special from the University of Colombo. He later obtained his doctorate in Software Engineering from the IIC University of Technology and a DBA in Management and Personal Branding from the Technological University of the Americas.Dr Siribaddana is a visionary leader who has made significant contributions to the development of the software industry in Sri Lanka.

He is the Chairman and Founder of the Java Institute for Advanced Technology, an ISO 9001:2015 certified institution and the leading software engineering school in the country. In addition, he also serves as the Chairman and Founder of the TEMCO Development Banking Society Limited in Sri Lanka, where he is responsible for driving the company’s strategy and vision. Dr Siribaddana is also a former consultant of the Monetary Policy Consultative Committee (MPCC) of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.He has introduced the Software Engineering degree program to Sri Lanka and passed out the first software engineering batch in 2007, at a time when no private or state university conducted software degree programs in Sri Lanka. He has also organized the first-ever “Java World Congress 2010” and the first-ever Software Exhibition in Sri Lanka, named “Java Sri Lanka 2009.” With his extensive experience in government, Dr Siribaddana holds board member positions in various organizations such as the Vocational Training Authority of Sri Lanka (VTA) and the National Apprentice and Industrial Training Authority (NAITA). He played a key role in introducing the NVQ 5 in ICT level 5 program to VTA and implemented the online examination platform to conduct the exams for NVQ level 5 ICT. He was also a member of a 3-member committee to write the National Plan of Action for Children (NPAC) in Sri Lanka for the period of 2012-2016. The NPAC is a government-led initiative aimed at improving the well-being of children in the country and was funded by UNICEF. As a result of the committee’s suggestions, technical subjects were introduced to the curriculum of national schools later. He is a respected academic, with a wealth of experience in teaching, research, and industry engagement. His expertise in software engineering and programming, combined with his visionary leadership, have enabled Exon Software Solutions to remain at the forefront of innovation in the software development industry. We are thrilled to introduce our Managing Director, Ms. Thilini Madagama. With a Ph.D in Reading and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honors) in Software Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering (CCJP) and SQA Level 7,8,9 qualifications, Ms. Madagama is an accomplished and highly respected leader in the software development industry. She has built an impressive career, starting as a software engineer, and working her way up to become Head of the Software Development Department at Java Institute for Advanced Technology. With a deep understanding of software engineering principles and extensive experience in leading large teams to deliver innovative software solutions, she is ideally suited to lead Exon Software Solutions as Managing Director. Under her guidance, Exon Software Solutions has become a trusted partner to clients across a range of industries, delivering software solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. We are incredibly proud to have Ms. Thilini Madagama at the helm of Exon Software Solutions, and we are excited to see what the future holds under her leadership.

We are pleased to introduce you to Dr. Bhatiya Tissera, an accomplished leader and expert in the field of information technology and strategic management. Dr. Tissera holds a PhD, MSc (IT), and BSc (SE) in addition to professional certifications including SCJP, SCWCD, SCMAS, and SCBCD. As Managing Director of Java Institute for Advanced Technology, Dr. Tissera has led the organization to new heights in the field of technology education. In addition, he serves as the Director of Athena Academy for Strategic Management, where he provides guidance and mentorship to business leaders seeking to improve their strategic decision-making capabilities. As a Director to Exon Software Solutions (Pvt) Ltd, Dr. Tissera brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to bear in helping clients achieve their technology and business goals. His expertise and guidance have been invaluable in helping Exon Software Solutions deliver innovative solutions to our clients. We are delighted to introduce you to our Director and CEO, Prof. Rasika, a multi-talented individual with extensive qualifications and experience across a range of fields. Prof. Rasika holds a Ph.D. in Operations Management from the Philippines, a Postdoctoral Scholarship from Japan, an MBA from the UK, a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the UK, a Bachelor of Science in Management from KDU-SL, an LL. B (Hons) from the UK, and Graduateship in Rubber Technology from PRI-SL. In addition, he has completed NDTT in ELT from UNIVOTEC-SL and holds memberships in several professional organizations, including MPRISL and IMSLAAQP. As CEO of our organization, Prof. Rasika brings his vast knowledge and experience to bear in driving our strategic direction and ensuring that we continue to provide our clients with exceptional service and innovative solutions. Dr. Weerasooriya holds a Ph.D. as well as an MSc.IT, a PG Dip, a BSc.SE, and a BEng (Hons). SE. He has also earned professional certifications including SCJP, OCPWCD, and OCPMAD. As Chief Executive Officer and Senior Lecturer at Java Institute for Advanced Technology, Dr. Weerasooriya has played a pivotal role in the growth and success of our organization. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to bear in driving innovation and excellence in the field of technology education. In addition to his work at Java Institute for Advanced Technology, Dr. Weerasooriya also serves as a Director of Java Institute Kurunegala (Pvt) Ltd. Additionally, as a Director of the Java Institute Kurunegala (Pvt) Ltd, he has been instrumental in guiding the organization towards continued success. In addition to his academic and professional accomplishments, Dr. Rupasinghe holds several industry certifications, including the Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer and the Oracle Certified Professional Mobile Application Developer.
